- Kera Keaton, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – more than $1,000 but less than $10,0000, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 13.
- Chris Thornton, 65, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 13.
- Holly Baldwin, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 13.
- Marilyn Smith, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at between $1,000 and $10,000, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 13.
- Danny Webb, 67, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under age 12, and distribution of obscene matter to minors under age 12, arrested and booked December 14.
- Eric Hall, 23, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 14.
- Warren Duncan, 65, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked December 14.
- Robert Morgan, 64, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked December 14.
- Kimberly Hall, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a warrant for parole violation, and charges of theft by deception – including cold checks – between $1,000 and $10,000, and failure to appear, arrested and booked December 15.
- Stephanie Porter, 34, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 15.
- Stephen Campbell, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked December 15.
- Tiffany Justice, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and first degree wanton endangerment, arrested and booked December 15.
