Weekly arrests report: 12/29/21

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

• William Gee, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 21.
• Rhonda Zornes, 54, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine), second degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), trafficking in legend drugs, being a persistent felony offender, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 22.
• Josh Hollingsworth, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, prescription not held in proper container, second degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, failure to maintain required insurance, and improper display of registration plates, arrested and booked December 23.
• Kaitlyn Williams, 23, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 23.
• Keil Hanson, 50, of Earth City, MO, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked December 23.
• Dusty Carrington, 37, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 23.
• Irma Reynolds, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 24.
• David Harlow, 43, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked December 24.
• Brittany Hamm, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, a probation violation (for technical violation), and failure to appear, arrested and booked December 24.
• Charles Henderson, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of second degree hindering of prosecution or apprehension, arrested and booked December 25.
• Jeremy Kilgore, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 25.
• Heather Henderson, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of failure to appear, and trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), arrested and booked December 25.
• Patricia Staten, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree burglary, and failure to appear, arrested and booked December 25.
• Rebecca McCune, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 25.
• Dawn Puckett, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked December 26.
• Sean Stevens, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 26.
• Joseph Bailey, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on four counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 27.
• Ashley Lambert, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 27.
• William Berry, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of contempt of court, libel/slander, and/or resistance to order, two counts of failure to appear, and four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 27.
