Weekly arrests report: 5/4/22

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Casey Crider, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of second degree fleeing or evading (on foot), and failure to appear, arrested and booked April 25.
  • Jeffery Sweeney, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 25.
  • Tony Easterling, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on two counts of probation violation (for technical violation), arrested and booked April 26.
  • Larry Cobb III, 30, of Grayson, arrested by Carter Circuit Court Family Division, for contempt of court, arrested and booked April 26.
  • Michael Cains, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation (for technical violation), arrested and booked April 26.
  • Austin Kilgore, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation (for felony offense), arrested and booked April 27.
  • Donald McGlone, 65, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked April 27.
  • Anna Gillispie, 32, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 27.
  • David Stallard, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of flagrant non-support, and failure to appear, arrested and booked April 28.
  • Kayla Stockham, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked April 28.
  • Richard Tomlin, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 28.
  • Jennifer Duncan, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked April 28.
  • William Parsons, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 28.
  • Jana Kiser, 40, of Elizabethtown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, holding for another jurisdiction, arrested and booked April 29.
  • Jason Easterling, 40, of Worthington, self-surrender, arrested and booked April 29.
  • Arie Callihan, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, arrested and booked April 30.
  • Zachary Boggs, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked April 30.
  • Gary Hogston, 39, of Louisa, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 30.
  • Nichola Herron, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 30.
  • Michael Payne, 19, of London, Ohio, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of probation violation (for felony offense), arrested and booked April 30.
  • James Whitt, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked April 30.
