- Jason Runyon, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of resisting arrest, and failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 19.
- Shane Baier, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked September 20.
- Anthony Light, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 20.
- Haley Stumbaugh, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and failure to appear, arrested and booked September 20.
- Joshua Garvin, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked September 20.
- Beverly Seagraves, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked September 21.
- Roy Black, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of failure to appear, and abuse or neglect of a child, arrested and booked September 21.
- Benny Gee, 19, of Grayson, arrested by Greenup County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 21.
- Anthony Gray, 26, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of first degree strangulation, arrested September 21 and booked September 22.
- Jeffrey Jones, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear, and charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle, second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and theft by deception – including cold checks, arrested and booked September 22.
- Timothy Bradley, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on three counts of failure to appear, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 22.
- Allen Johnson, 50, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 22.
- Skyler Conley, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of driving on a DUI suspended license – second offense, arrested and booked September 23.
- Bryant Bowling, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation (for technical violation), and charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked September 23.
- Brandon Dixon, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of failure to comply with sex offender registration (first offense), arrested and booked September 23.
- Nathan Cummings, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of fourth degree assault (minor injury), and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 23.
- Elijah Littleton, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested September 23 and booked September 24.
- Earl Brewer, 40, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 22 MPH over limit, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked September 24.
- Paul Marcum, 42, of Grayson arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation (for felony offense), and for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 24.
- Joseph Kouns, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), possession of drug paraphernalia, and four counts of failure to appear, arrested September 24 and booked September 25.
- Brandon Hicks, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine), and a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested September 24 and booked September 25.
