Weekly arrest report: 5/12/21

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center. 

• Leonard Danner, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing, and probation violation, arrested and booked on May 4. 
• Holly Baldwin, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of public intoxication with a controlled substance specification, and failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 4. 
• James Griffith, 23, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, improper display of registration plates, license not in possession, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 4. 
• Jason Smiley, 31, of Louisville, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of third-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and second-degree disorderly conduct, arrested and booked on May 8. 
• Adam Davis, 37, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of fourth-degree assault – dating violence with minor injury, and receiving stolen property under $10,000, arrested and booked on May 9. 
• Brent Johnson, 43, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine, trafficking in heroin, and five counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 9. 
• Adam Gollihue, 43, of Ashland, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license, arrested May 9, booked May 10. 
• Susan Dehart, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of receiving stolen property under $10,000, arrested and booked on May 10. 
• Dale Hamm, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of one headlight, failure to wear seat belts, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain insurance, improper registration plate, no registration receipt, no registration plates, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked on May 10. 

All of the charges listed are arrest charges only, and do not indicate an indictment or a conviction for the charges in question. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
