Mrs. Beverly Kay Boggs Lambert, age 69, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at her residence.
She was born Friday, August 29, 1952, in Carter County, Kentucky, to the late Thomas “Tom” Jefferson Boggs and Enid Johnson Boggs.
Beverly attended the Christian Holliness Church.She was known to many as Beb Beb. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cookouts, traveling to the Smokies with her sisters, and loved her children at school.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by three sisters, Delorus Ann Boggs, Jennette Duncan and Bessie Evans.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 37 years, Raymond “Bub” Lambert; one son, Thomas (Rachael) Lambert of Olive Hill, Kentucky; two brothers Glennis (Janice) Boggs of Owingsville, Kentucky and James (Lisa) Boggs of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one sister, Judy (Lawton “Bub”) Gabbard of Olive Hill, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews, along with a host of other family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Scott Lambert and Brother John Lands officiating. Burial will follow in the Lambert Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 and after 9 a.m. until the service hour on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Globe Funeral Chapel Kentucky, 17277 West Highway US 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
Danny Bloomfield, Bobby J. McGlone, Jamie Lambert, Brady Evans, Jeff Boggs, and Willie Lambert will serve as pallbearers.
