Born in Carter County, Lilla “Lil” Lowe was the daughter of Roy and Nancy Jane Sparks Phillips. Lil died December 3, 2021, in Cameron, Missouri where she had lived for the last few years. She is survived by her children, Cathy, Jeffrey (Patti) & Grant (Kathy) Lowe; grandchildren Olivia, Shelbi and Spencer Lowe; and four great-grandchildren.
Lil was known as a great cook, a talented actress, an avid gardener, a bookworm and breeder of Champion Old English Sheepdogs.
