Oma Lee Stevens Frazier

1937-2025

Oma Lee Stevens Frazier, age 88, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her residence, in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

She was born August 7, 1937, in Elliott County, Kentucky, to the late Arlie and Emma Susan Whitt Stevens.

Oma was a member of Providence Freewill Baptist Church and loved going to church and reading her Bible. She enjoyed quilting, and making quilts for the Veterans. In her spare time she would volunteer at Grahn School Community Center helping others. In the end, her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eldon Ed Frazier, of 25 years, and one brother, James Stevens.

Oma is survived by two sons, John (Lisa) Frazier of Grahn, Kentucky, Jessie (Jamia) Frazier, of Olive Hill, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Michael Frazier, Sarah (Jason) Skaggs, JJ Frazier; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 Us Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky. Burial will follow in Frazier Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky, Brother Ronnie Easterling and Brother Bobby Day officiating.

Friends may visit after 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.

Randy Stevens, Billy Stevens, Joe Stevens, Jason Skaggs, Doug Musgrave, Addison Houk, and Chris Nolen will serve as Pallbearers.

Jimmy Stevens, Carter Stevens, Michael Frazier, and JJ Frazier will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.

Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky is honored to serve the family of Oma Lee Stevens Frazier.
