Robert “Bob” Dudon, age 78, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday January 6th, 2025 at Carter County Nursing and Rehab in Grayson, Kentucky, after a short illness.
Bob was born February 26, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Vera Heindel Dudon.
Bob was an avid Bass fisherman, who loved fishing and boating as well as vacationing with his wife Brenda, at the beach.
Bob was of the Catholic faith and he graduated from Trotwood Madison High School and Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and he retired from Ford Visteon in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Quality Engineer.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Brenda Joy Pennington Dudon of Grayson, Kentucky; a step daughter, Sandra (Greg) Messer of Linton, Indiana; 2 grandsons Nickolas (Shannon) Messer, Louisville, Ky; Zackary Messer, Linton, Indiana; and 2 great grandchildren, Paytin Messer, Louisville, KY, and Macie Messer of Ashland, Kentucky.
Bob is also survived by his two brothers, John (Michelle) Dudon, Mooresburg, Tennessee; and Eddie Dudon of Brookeville, Ohio; as well as and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
Bob was preceded in death by his loving and loyal cat Smokey.
Burial will follow at a later date in the Pennington Cemetery.
