Mr. William “Willie” Shawn Kilgore, age 40, of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away on December 25, 2022 in Elliott County, Kentucky.
He was born May 29, 1982 a son of Wayne Kilgore and the late Barbara Jean Skaggs Kilgore.
Willie loved farming, caring for his animals, spending time outdoors and spending time with his family.
He is survived by one brother, Chris Kilgore of Morehead, Kentucky; one sister, Lesa (Chris) Dickerson of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; four nieces, Megan Benda, Haley Dennis, Courtney Kilgore and Kaitlyn Kilgore; one great nephew, Gavin Benda.
Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Steve Madden officiating. Burial will follow in the Kilgore Family Cemetery in Elliott County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 2 p.m. until the service hour Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Rick Barker, Jordan Fannin, Jamie McDaniel, Rick Burchett, Brian Dillon and Versel Dillon will serve as pallbearers.
