- Andrew Sexton, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked September 11.
- Ashley Cox, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on six counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, two counts of first degree bail jumping, and charges of theft by deception – including cold checks – more than $500 but less than $1,000, and theft by deception – including cold checks – more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked September 11.
- Tommy Reynolds, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 12.
- William Adkins, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 12.
- Madeline Prater, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 12.
- Donnie Callihan, 58, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 12.
- April Gaskins, 56, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 13.
- Jaclyn Garvin, 35, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 13.
- Robert Fosson, 58, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked September 13.
- James Whitt, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 13.
- James Salyers, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Elliott County Sheriff, on a parole violation for a technical violation, arrested and booked September 13.
- George Gilbert, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, serving a warrant for a parole violation, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and on charges including two counts of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine), one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four grams or more of cocaine), and being a persistent felony offender, arrested and booked September 13.
