Mrs. Betty Colleen Cooper Bradley age 85 of Ashland, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
She was born April 22, 1936 in Carter County, Kentucky a daughter of the late Walter and Martha Holbrook Cooper.
Betty was a Member of Flat Fork Church of God. She was retired from Olive Hill Finishing Company. She enjoyed going to church, going to garage sales and thrift stores, camping and spending many hours laughing with family and friends on the phone.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Herman Earl Bradley, one son, Adam Bradley, one bonus granddaughter, two brothers, Glenn Coooper and Wade Cooper.
She is survived by one son, Wayne “Josh” (Tracee) Bradley of Ontario, Ohio, one daughter, Shirley (Mark) Gilliland of Ashland, Ohio, four grandsons, three great-grandchildren, four bonus grandchildren, nine bonus great-grandchildren, three brothers, Charles (Eveleana) Cooper of Holland, Michigan, Donald (Patty) Cooper of Jonesborough, Tennessee, Walter (Brenda) Cooper Jr of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two sisters, Ruth Stone of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Phyllis (Forrest) Wilburn of Lucas, Ohio, a special aunt that she loved dearly, Grace Pelfrey, one sister-in-law, Ann Cooper of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two brothers-in-law, Lester Bradley, Harmon “Pop” (Barb) Bradley all of Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Graveside services will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the Bradley Cemetery on Dry Branch Road in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Steve Madden officiating.
Betty’s grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
