Dana Lynn Cummings Eldridge, age of 45, of Ashland, Kentucky passed away, Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born June 1, 1978 in Boyd County, Kentucky a daughter of the late Daniel and Kathy Gollihue Cummings.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by one sister, Christy Cummings.
Dana is survived by three sons, Zachary Dallaire of Greenup, Kentucky, Jennings Blevins and Dalton Tolliver both of Grayson, Kentucky; one daughter, Madison Tolliver of Vanceburg, Kentucky; two brothers, Daniel Cummings and Jason Cummings both of Grayson, Kentucky; one sister, Jessica Cummings of Greenup, Kentucky.
At the request of the family a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
