James Phillip Ray, age 68, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away Monday, August 3, 2026, at Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation in Grayson, Kentucky.
He was born Saturday, November 9, 1957, a son of the late James and Barbara Clark Ray.
James is survived by three sons, Shawn (Tina) Ray, Johnny Ray, Jerry Ray all of Olive Hill, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Devin Ray, Austin Ray, J.T. Ray; one sister, Pam (Doyle) Webb of Mansfield, Ohio, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
A Celebration of Life will be held, 4 p.m., Sunday, August 9, 2026. At Kibbey Chapel, 2456 McGlone Creek Road, Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Mark Blankenship and Brother Todd Antrobus officiating.
