Mrs. Joyce Ramsey Conn, age 74, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023, at her residence.
She was born Friday, June 4, 1948, in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Charlie and Jerlea Carroll Ramsey.
Joyce was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her family and friends, especially her little dog, Odie.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Conn; one brother, Charles Paynter; three sisters, Glenna Jean Knipp, Florrine Paynter and Donna Knipp.
Joyce is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend, Debbie Jenkins Conn, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2023 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Dwayne Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Carroll Cemetery in Grahn, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023, and after 9 a.m., Friday, April 21, 2023 until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
Ernie Conn, Derek James, Michael Roar, Jacob McGuire, Seth McGuire and Eddie Tackett will serve as pallbearers.
