Karen Lynn Sloan Blevins, age 69, of Rush, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024, at Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born August 23, 1954, in Boyd County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Lonnie Sloan Jr. and Jeneva Smith Sloan.
She enjoyed making crafts, painting, gardening, cake decorating, sewing and refinishing antique furniture.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Kaden Blevins.
Karen is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Clayton Blevins; one son, Clayton E. Blevins Jr. Of Rush, Kentucky; one daughter, Pansy Lumpkins of Rush, Kentucky; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Tony Sloan of Greenup, Kentucky; one sister, Cathy Sanders of Lexington, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends that will sadly miss her.
At the request of Karen’s family, there will be no service at this time.
