Mrs. Kathy Denise Adkins James, age 68, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 5, 2022, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born Thursday, February 25, 1954, in Carter County, Kentucky, to the late Ray and Dorothy Binion Adkins.
Kathy enjoyed going out to eat and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Jesemiah Kevin James.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Jack “Kevin” James; one granddaughter, Larissia James; two brothers, Danny Adkins of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Phillip Adkins of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, along with many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
A private service will be held at a later date. Burial will follow in the McFerren Cemetery.
