Mrs. Lois Weaver Price, age 80, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, December 12, 2021.
Lois was born Saturday, May 17, 1941 in Logan, West Virginia, to the late George W. Weaver and Myrtle Bair Weaver.
Lois was a member of the Dry Branch Church of God. She enjoyed going to church, traveling with her husband, cooking for her family and spending time with her children, and especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, James Weaver.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gayle Price, three sons, Darrell (Sheri) Price, Clifford Tip (Glenda) Price, and David (Holly) Price all of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two daughters, Renee Price, of Morehead, Kentucky, Gaylena (Mark) Cline, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one brother Willis Holmes Weaver, of Vandalia, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thurday, December 16, 2021 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Byron Hargett, Brother Sonny Conn, Brother Steve Madden.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Globe Funeral Chapel, in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Landon Price, Zak Cline, Spencer Price, Nicholas Nolan, Devin Bailey, Josh Puckett, and Kaleb Thomas will serve as pallbearers.
Eric Price will serve as honorary pallbearer.
