1938-2021
Lorrine Hall, age 82, of Olive Hill, KY, entered into rest Sunday, April 11, 2021 at her residence.
She was born at home in Carter County on May 24, 1938, to the late Ralph and Madge Wells Crawford. Lorrine was employed as a seamstress for Cowden’s for 16 years and Cases’s for 20 years. She was a member of James Chapel Christian Holiness Church. She enjoyed listening to Charlie Pride, gathering with her friends and family, going to church and working hard.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, George Robert Hall; one son, Alex Hall; and five sisters, Ilene Crawford, Mildred Oney, Gearldine Crawford, Delores Bond, and Ruth Bond.
Lorrine is survived by two daughters, Karen (Jerry) Workman and Mary Jo Hall; one daughter-in-law, Lisa Hall; one sister, Katie DeHart; one brother, Ralph Crawford, Jr.; five grandchildren, Jessica Boyer, Raydonna Dillon, Casey Jo Smith, Elizabeth McNeil and Robert Hall; and nine great-grandchildren, Kamryn Bowling, Kirya Bowling, Hayden Dillon, Kaitlyn Dillon, Weylin Smith, Madelin McNeil, McKenna McNeil, Wesley Hall and Addison Hall. In addition to these, she also leaves behind several other relatives and friends who will greatly miss her.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Friday, April 16, 2021 at the Workman-Hall Cemetery in Olive Hill, KY Bro. Darryl Garvin officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Duvall &Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 149 Whitt Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
Robert Hall, Brian McNeil, Paul “Bub” Garvin and Kirya Bowling will serve as Pallbearers.
Alex Hall will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
