Phyllis Rachel Roe

2010-2023

Phyllis Rachel Roe went to a place of eternal peace and love with our heavenly Father on June 20, 2023. Rachel was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 26, 2010. She is survived by Lora (Nathan) Flannery Florence, her mother and her father, Ethan (Angie) Roe. In addition, she is survived by her sister, Chloe Roe and God Father Billy Wolfinbarger.

Rachel was preceded in death by her cherished grandma, Catherine Flannery. Also, proceeding are her maternal grandfather, Phillip Flannery and paternal grandfather, Homer Roe, her brother, Phillip Roe and Aunt Phyllis Flannery Kyle.

Rachel was a kind and generous child. This was proven by the many awards received at school for generosity. Rachel also loved to play D & D with her Daddy, play with her stuffed animals, play pokemon, eat chocolate and play with her cat, Golden Rose and her dog, Phoebe.

Words cannot express the sorrow of her loss each and everyday. However, we can have some comfort knowing she is resting in eternity free from pain, anxiety and suffering because she is with her Grandma and Our Heavenly Father.

Graveside services will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Flannery Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Pastor Ray Cooper officiating.

Friends may visit from 11 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Rachel will be buried in the Flannery Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky, where she will be carried with love and honor from the service to the cemetery by Chad Kyle, Reed Crider, Tim Chafins, Keith Roe, Billy Roe and Toby Roe.

We would like to give special thanks and honor to Pastor Ray Cooper, Charity Brown and her aunt, Tina Crider.
