Mr. Robert Eugene Bowens, age 80, of Carter County, Kentucky passed away June 26, 2023, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Kentucky.
He was born August 18, 1942 in Dayton Ohio.
R.E. is survived by his wife, Betty Hicks Bowens; one daughter, Lisa Marshall; one granddaughter, Melissa Grigsby.
