Charles Leslie Kiser III, 54, of Grayson KY passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Boyd County, KY. He was born December 26, 1969, in Ashland KY, a son of Charles L Jr & Judith Hudgins Kiser of Grayson, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tyrone & Charlene Moncal.
Charlie was a Christian. He was baptized at 14 years of age, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Grayson. He was a graduate of Morehead State University with a B.A. degree in business administration and accounting. He was the CEO of Kiser’s Tax Service and Kiser’s Klassic Kars in Grayson, KY. He was a member of the Miata Club and the Edsel Club. Charlie loved to sing and was quite a musician. Charlie also claimed “he was the best substitute teacher Carter County has ever seen.”
In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his beloved wife, Chanette Moncal-Kiser; two daughters, the lights of his life, ‘ella and ‘essee Kiser both of Grayson KY; a sister, Leslie (Scott) Roseberry of Grayson KY; a brother, Jeff (Tera) Kiser of Cincinnati, OH; three nephews, Jeremy (Ciara) Jackson, Ben Jackson, and Grayson Kiser; and a niece, Hope Kiser.
Funeral services were Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Sparks Funeral Home. Cremation followed with burial at the Biggs Hill Cemetery in Olive Hill, and the Philippines, his second home that he loved dearly.
