Mary Ellen Holbrook, age 54, of Elliott County, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at her residence.
She was born October 21, 1968 to Charles and Joyce Runyon Holbrook and the late Martha Ellen Skaggs Bass.
Mary was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed crafting, cooking, shopping, watching tv, listening to music and spending time with her family, especially, her grandson.
In addition to her father, she is survived by two daughters, Aleasha (Justin) Hollon of Hilliard, Ohio, Ashley (Zachary) Blevins of Georgetown, Texas; one grandson, Joshua Hollon; two brothers, Bryon (Tonya) Lemaster of Ashland, Kentucky, Chad (Victoria) Holbrook of Elliott County, Kentucky; three sisters, Niki (Michael) Evans of Monroe, South Carolina, Kathy Taylor of Elliott County, Kentucky, Karen (Randy) Hipp of Arcadia, Florida along with many nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Monday, December 19, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Jesse Perry officiating. Burial will in the C.C. Holbrook Family Cemetery in Elliott, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 19, 2022 and until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Justin Hollon, Chad Holbrook, Brad Raines, Nathan Holbrook, Tristan Holbrook and Taylor Freeman will serve as pallbearers.
Charles Holbrook, John McClaskey and Robert Harris will serve as honorary pallbearers.
